Using customers vehicles's to drop off drivers_Park My Way Valet Parking KZN
I would to make you all aware if you deciding on using Park My Way Valet Parking KZN as a long term parking service In Durban. This company is using customers vehicles to drop off and collect their drivers with our vehicles from the Airport (saving the company on their own petrol expense) or using customers vehicles for their own private use. Upon collection of my vehicle I noticed my kilometer reading was reset and the total was way more than the distance drop km suppose to be, I had taken pictures of my cluster upon drop off and collection so I have valid proof. From King Shaka to Wick street (Location of company) is 9.3km per trip, total 18.6km. I noticed the total km used was 62km. I called the company and spoke to Jack, who gave me all the excuses under the book to try and cover for the company. I advised him I need to be compensated for my km,petrol & fines if o/s. If this is not addressed. I am taking the matter to court. I urge you all be aware of this company

Dear All This happened to me as well last week. (01/10/19) My vehicle was parked with them for 10 days and I also took pics of my mileage before and after and a total of 269km was used which is atrocious and absurd in my opinion.
STAY AWAY from this company... I am still awaiting for Jack to contact me to explain this matter ......
